Go to the page Forgot your password?. Fill in the email address you used when creating your account and we will send you a link that you can use to create a new password.

Log in and go to Reminders found under the menu item My health. Once there you can change the interval or turn off the reminder function. Remember to save for selected options. If your account is not associated with an email address, you will not be able to receive reminders at this time. This also applies in cases where the account is not associated with an email address but you entered an email address when entering a private agreement.

To delete your account, you need to login and then click Change Profile. On the right hand side you will find the Delete my account option. When you delete your account, the account will be closed, but the data will remain in 30 days unless you regret it. During this time, you can reactivate your account by sending an e-mail to recall@healthwatch.se. If you do not have your reference number, which is displayed immediately after your account is deleted, please provide the username and email address for the account.

These variables are given so that you can create a personal profile to compare your answers with others who have the same profile. The idea is also that in the long term, we will be able to tailor feedback and action plans based on these profiles so that the proposed measures are as relevant as possible. Finally, this information is needed to be able to relate feedback and risk calculations to research studies where these variables always need to be taken into account to reach relevant conclusions.

The most common reason for that message, is that a one-time login link has been clicked on more than once. It could also be so that an old login link has been used. Please log on to your account at HealthWatch.se manually with your username and password in order to access the form and the rest of the content (exercises, diary, etc.).

You can activate the color blind mode in order to access HealthWatch.se. This mode can be activated on the Profile page.
