As an individual you regularly respond to 11 global questions (takes about 15 seconds) about health, stress and the psychosocial work environment.

- HealthWatch.se offers scientifically proven self-help exercises with documented positive effects on sleep, stress management, concentration ability, well-being and more.
Corresponding effects have also been found in biomarkers.
By creating an account, you will have free access to tools for stress management and health promotion.
There is a personal diary and functions to register and monitor physical activity, blood sugar, blood pressure, etc.
More comprehensive and in-depth surveys are offered, which are often used 1 – 2 a year for screening of the most common public health disorders (e.g. signs of mental / stress-related ill health and musculoskeletal disorders) and the psychosocial work environment.
There are also news updates about stress, health and medicine on the website and in the app.
Availability
HealthWatch.se is delivered in different pedagogical formats in order to be easily available for individuals with different preferences and needs.
It means that it is possible to utilize the tools in different ways, for instance by reading on the web/in the app, printing a PDF-document and read on paper, and some features by listening to sound recordings. Since the system is web-based, it is also possible to utilize it at any given place or time.
HealthWatch.se is continuously adapted for availability to facilitate utilization for individuals with different disabilities.
Scientific results
HealthWatch.se has been evaluated scientifically at the individual level.
The results clearly demonstrated that, despite a turbulent environment, positive effects on psychological (such as stress management, sleep, recovery, concentration ability and general well-being) and biological (in hormones depicting recovery and well-being) variables were found.

Promotes learning and competence development throughout the organization
The HealthWatch method emanates from fact-based organizational development (see Dr Dan Hasson's book Faktastiskt, Natur & Kultur, 2019) and promotes learning environments by increasing the competence and skills about systematic work environment improvement.
It also includes educational and pedagogic features for stress management and health promotion at the individual, group and organizational level. More specifically, this means skills training and development at all the levels within an organization.
The employees receive individualized tools for managing their own health, conflicts, problems, stress, improve sleep, increase energy, happiness and wellbeing. The fact-based dialogue is used to find out if, and in such cases which, measures are expected, required or needed.

The methodology that is taught and described in more detail in the book “Faktastiskt” optimizes the conditions for the employees' active participation and ensures readiness for change before measures are implemented.
